Credits are non-refundable unless a production fails for reasons attributable to the platform. See the refund policy above for full details.
If a production job fails and cannot be retried successfully, the credits consumed by that job are returned automatically to your wallet balance. You will see the refund in your transaction history.
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time. The plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it downgrades to the free tier. Unused monthly credits do not carry over after cancellation.
If you purchased a plan and cancel within 14 days of purchase without generating any content, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method. If content was generated, the refund is limited to the unused portion of your credits, converted at the purchase rate.
Credit packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase if no credits from the pack have been consumed. Consumed credits are not refundable.
Email billing@aethox.ai with your account ID and order details. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Disputed charges are investigated with payment providers. Accounts with open disputes may be temporarily suspended until resolved.
