1. The service

Aethox AI & IT Solutions operates an AI Movie Production House. Users submit a movie idea, and the platform plans, generates, validates and assembles a movie through a 28-stage production pipeline.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One account may be used by a single organisation; team seats are available on Studio and Enterprise plans.

3. Credits

Each REST API call consumes 1 credit. Credits are non-transferable and do not expire for 12 months. Failed jobs return their credits automatically. Purchased credits are governed by the Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

• You own the rights to the ideas you submit, or you have permission to use them.
• You must not generate content that is unlawful, defamatory or infringing.
• You must not attempt to disrupt the platform, abuse API limits or bypass credit consumption.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your ideas and the generated output, including all assets, prompts and the final movie. Aethox retains ownership of the platform, models and underlying technology.

6. Acceptable output quality

Generated output is provided as-is. While the platform validates quality through 22 QC gates, artistic results are probabilistic and may require regeneration. You acknowledge that output may vary.

7. Termination

You may terminate production at any time; completed assets remain available. Accounts may be suspended for violation of these terms. You may close your account and export your data at any time.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aethox is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
